This is one of our favorite questions! Starting your journey at Luna Salon Suites has never been simpler. Since we provide all the essential equipment you need to run your business smoothly, you can focus on what you do best.
There’s no credit check or large upfront deposit required. All we ask for is a refundable security deposit equal to two weeks’ rent. For example, if your suite rent is $295 per week, your security deposit—and the amount due when signing your contract—would be just $590. This deposit is fully refundable when you move out, giving you peace of mind from day one.
Exactly that! As a suite owner at Luna Salon Suites, you have the freedom to come and go whenever you want. Our doors are open to the public seven days a week until 9:00 PM. After hours, you can easily access your suite using the call box at the front entrance — it’s quick, secure, and designed to give you full control over your schedule.
